The elevator issues are a nuisance!!! Also, the cleanliness left much to be desired, especially the tub caulking and crumbs under the mattress. They need to step up their game!!!

Our stay was enjoyable, especially with the kids loving the spacious room! The breakfast was excellent, featuring a range of options to start our day right. Plus, we were close to local attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

In my wife's opinion, the pool could use additional supervision for safety.

The room had air conditioning which was great for keeping comfortable. A fitness center was available, and I loved the outdoor swimming pool for relaxing. Breakfast was a plus with lots of options. The Dove shampoo and conditioner were a nice touch too, not the tiny cheap bottles you usually see.

Elevator out of order during stay.

The suite featured a nice lounge area with a TV separate from the bed, providing a bit of peace when you just want to relax. Large bathroom suited for two with great water pressure. Dispensers for shampoo and conditioner in the shower, made things easy and convenient.

The pool's concrete, cracked in several spots, can be a real hazard if you've got little ones running around. I saw a kid take a tumble on it. Also, some cleanliness issues in the room, including hair in the bathroom that just shouldn't be there. And finding the lamp shade broken when turning on the light? Not exactly how you want to start your evening. Lastly, while the location is decent for quick access to food, the nearby restaurant was closed during my stay, which was a letdown for dining options.

However, I noticed some crumbs under the couch bed mattress, which wasn't pleasant. Shoney's was closed next door, which was a little disappointing, but overall, we had a comfortable stay. Parking was convenient, and it was easy to get to nearby shops and restaurants.
